The Ocean Point Colony Trust is a nonprofit organization dedicated to responsible stewardship of properties and resources and to creating programs and activities at Ocean Point for the enjoyment of all. Its mission is supported by the generous ongoing contributions of all connected with Ocean Point and its attributes.

These contributions come in the form of a recommended annual contribution, other independent contributions, and specific memorial donations.

OPCT encourages contributing at the recommended level, which is based on annual projected income and expenses. That level allows one to have a vote on a governing slate of officers and board members as well as significant Trust issues at an annual meeting. This level is designated as a voting contributor.

The recommended contribution this year remains unchanged at $350/family (Two votes) or $175/ individual (One vote).
